the move to a new server is put off til Sept 11,12 and 13. all wikis will remain viewable, but any edits you make or files you upload may not be transferred to the new server

Esther Dyson is a technology investor, commentator and policy wonk.

In the early 80s, Esther took over Ben Rosen's PC Forum conference and Release 1.0 tech newsletter, turning them into essential reading (and attending) for tech executives.

From 1987 to 1992, she gave Jerry incredible leeway to take those platforms in new directions. (I'm really grateful.)

These days, Esther pursues her investing and policy interests.
