Over four years of Yi-Tan and we've hardly touched open government. Time to remedy that.
Let's start in Vancouver, where David Eaves has been working with the government for years to create open data sources, foster citizen engagement and more.
With David, let's discuss:
- What are the three laws of open government data? Who lives by them now?
- How does openness change governance?
- What traits seem to indicate a place is ripe for an openness revolution?
