And increases in entropy correspond to an increase of freedom... maybe life contributes to "ordered" entropy? As though the processes of life increase "freedom" and order at once? Anyways,

Really good bread:
2 cups water
1/2 Tbs yeast, or 1 packet
(let yeast sit in water)
2 5/8 Tbs olive oil
2 5/8 Tbs sugar
mix
2 cups flour
whisk until very smooth
2 tsp salt
add remaining flour - or add oatmeal, flax, wheat germ, etc - TOTALS to 3 cups
knead bread
rise for a few hours
bake 35 mins
