This wiki is a platform to explore issues of copyright, digital media, and education.  It is a collaborative space for several of my courses in Educational Technology and anyone else interested in the subject.  It is a pilot project.  Please add meaningful content, correct any factual or grammatical errors in this site, and improve the design and formatting of pages.

The Cost of Copyright Confusion.

A wiki offers a unique opportunity to explore the fuzzy domain of copyright and education. I would like to avoid redundancy with other resources.  For example, Wikipedia does a very good job with definitions and Google with listing Web sites.  I hope to focus on topics that illuminate the issues, are not easy to find elsewhere, and are enhanced by collaboration and revision.

Topics

Cases for Discussion and Analysis--the following cases are short scenarios of fair use or a violation of fair use. They can be extremely helpful to exploring the breadth and limits of fair use.

Copyright Policies--This is a collection of links to copyright and intellectual property policies from schools.
