Sarah... I know it's such a rare name especially for those born during the mid-80's. And for there to be two Agnew's.... the stars must be aligned and the powers of the universe are coming together in one spot... some people will understand that joke.
I'm an only child, but I have a pretty big family (lots of cousins). I'm technically a sophomore, but the way that credits are going, I'll be a junior half way through this year. I'm originally from Blacksburg, Virginia, which is in the southwest part of the state (and sadly, home to Virginia Tech). The reason I am here is because not only does Auburn have one of the best Architecture programs, but I really didn't want to spend the rest of my life in Blacksburg... it has a history of sucking the life force out of people who are born there, go to Tech, and then eventually die there because it can be a dead end town. But much like Auburn, without the university, the town wouldn't be the same. I guess that I always wanted to be an Architect, or something involved with building. My grandfather designed and built houses in Blacksburg, and my dad and uncle are involved in Engineering of sorts, but can build just about anything. Do professions run in the genes? So, here I am, thats about it. And if anyone is interested in playing lacrosse then just let me know (I have an extra girls and guys lacrosse stick). LAX Rules! No not really

Hi, Sarah! I'm from Nokesville, Va, near Manassas, and 45min from DC and the Shenandoah mountains. I love Virginia, and besides things here in Alabama not looking too different, I miss not seeing the Blue Ridge Mountains that are nearby. We actually had an awesome winter this year in my part of the state! It began snowing the beginning part of December and snowed a couple times each month into April. Very cool to have a normal winter again; for us, that is. But I love VA; I can't wait to see it again. It's good to know someone else from the state!
Ruth Barnish Ok since people are adding there Virgina stories to your page I guess I will also. I used to live there as you know in Springfield. It was fun met good people then I moved. :O) [Mali Ouzts

Well, I've never lived in Verginia, but my uncle lived there once, and I visited him along with my family. I think he lived in Richmond, but I'm not sure; it was a long time ago. I do remember that it was so cold there. I can't take the cold; I want to live on the equator so it will be like 90 degrees all the time. However cold Verginia is, it is a beautiful state. Right now I think I prefer south Georgia; that's where I'm from. (But it gets really cold there too!)
