Can you get that to me by the end of the weekend?        Kathleen Simpson

I haven't been completely converted into a crazy, wacked out architecture student, so I posted some pretty ordinary pictures.  I guess that'll change, though, before I graduate.  That top picture is from here in AU, right outside the Haley Center.  It's kind of cheesy (i should probably send it to whoever makes out Auburn's brochures), but I LOVE fall!  So,  this tree was breathtaking and I couldn't just pass by without immortalizing it.  The next picture is of autumn in the prettiest city in Alabama, Birmingham.  Sprawling ( I know Rusty, I'm supposed to hate that word by now) in the valley of the foothills of the Smokies, the only place that steals my day dreams more when the leaves change is Cades Cove.  Then there is my horse, Callaway's Copycat.  He's a mess.  When he's thirsty and his trough is out of water, he'll start pawing at it and pushing it around the pasture.  He doesn't really pose well for pictures either...perhaps he's scared of the static on my head.  Anyways, the next picture is of "the last best place," Montana, home of the rare and much-feared grizzly.  And then we have a symbol of the winningest team in Auburn football history,  the 2004 SEC Champs and 2005 Sugar Bowl Champs, the Auburn Tigers.  Didn't you hear?  We won the national title too...

6.26.05:  Hey Carrie, how was Europe? How about the rest of your summer?  Drop me a line back here in lonely 'ol Auburn.  ~Sy
