Notices

After we Run Reports each day, we use the Circulation Email Account to email Patrons notices about books and equipment that are late or overdue. We also send courtesy notices to remind a Patron that their items will be due soon.

To Send Courtesy or Overdue Notices:

  1. Check each account in Voyager before we email the Patron to make sure they in fact have the books out that we think they do. 
  2. Use the templates in the "Sample Notices" folder on the server.
  3. When in doubt, refer things to ANELibrary Fines in FirstClass.

Fines & Fees

Notices for books are put into Cathy Boswell's box.

Notices for AV equipment are put into AV specialist's inbox (currently Ken - inbox to the right of his desk).
