Library Borrowing Privileges Request Forms

These forms come from HR, and are used to add faculty or staff to Voyager. The process is as follows:

  1. Search voyager to see if the patron already has an account. If they do not have an account, then enter the patron into our system - see Add - Edit A Patron
  2. If the patron does not already have one, assign them a library card with a barcode - see Library Cards Fac.Staff.Alum.
  3. Put a line through the Library Privilage Request Form and then deposit in the filing cabinet drawer marked "Front Desk Staff" in the folder marked "Library Privilege Request Forms-Done."

Note: This form only activates a Voyager account/library borrowing privledges and does not activate ILL or online database access.  Please direct them to Cary for questions not related to library borrowing privledges
