- In Front Desk Files go to Signs and Labels/Books, DVDs, VHS or Princeton Files/ princeton files templates and find the right template
- Enter the call data in Ariel font
-
Proof data very carefully, this label will be up for years

To Print
- Find the materials, labels, and cards on the bottom of the bookshelf where supplies are kept (see illustration)
- Select Printer: \\isat-psrvr\libhp (the Library HP printer)Put labels into the hp printer, face up - right reading - and slide in the guides in the paper feed area.
- Go to Properties/Paper Source and select Bypass Stack Tray. This keeps your labels from being used by someone else's print job

To Finish Princeton File Label:
- Put new label on small card (they can be reused if in good condition) and onto new princeton file.
- Shelve the princeton file in the proper place in the journal stacks.
- Pat yourself on the back - you are done!
