Help Request Tickets
Library Staff: it's critical to log any problems that we can't otherwise fix ourselves in the form of a HelpDesk ticket. Even if immediate assistance seems unlikely, this serves the long term goal of a happy, healthy IT department because it reflects the true on-the-ground needs of the institution.
FOR ALL LIBRARY AND CRR PUBLIC COMPUTERS AND FOR CRR PRINTING:
Tickets need to be placed on the HelpDesk website.
ISAT is in charge of fixing problems with public and office computers, the CRR printers, and any FirstClass issues, Sakai, myantioch or anyother technology on campus. They use HelpDesk Tickets to respond. Fill one out as soon as you can and be as detailed and specific as possible.
When entering help desk ticket for the Library please include the library's supervisors email address so it can be properly followed up.
