Closed Captions

Only TV's 1, 2, & 3 are set up for closed captioning.

Follow these instructions to enable closed captioning for TV's 1, 2, 3:

*Print these directions as needed for classroom support*

  1. Power up both the TV and the DVD/VHS.
  2. Select either DVD or VHS, depending on which you will be viewing.
  3. Enter tape or disk.
  4. On the TV remote:


       

  1. Press the TV/Video button.

At this point you can view your tape or DVD.

  1. Press the Menu/Enter button in the center of the arrows.

                                

  1. Scroll over to the middle icon, called "setup."
  2. Scroll down three to the "tv/cable" option.  Then the Closed Caption option will appear.
  3. Scroll left or right to highlight C1.
  4. Press the Menu/Enter button again, and then...

Allow 5 seconds for CC to engage.
