Circulation Email Account
The circulation email account is checked by all front desk staff during every shift. In fact, the circulation email account should be kept open at all times and checked often during a shift. Be sure to pass reported problems, complaints, or comment emails to a library supervisor. Don't forget: This is not a personal account.
Don't let emails go unanswered. If you don't know an answer, find it! Check the wiki, ask your co-worker, ask a full time staffer. Make sure the email is attended to. If absolutely necessary, re-flag (Ctrl-)an email so the next shift knows to read it.
The Circulation account is also used to send out reports that remind Patrons if they have items that are overdue, or will be within a week. Read the wiki pages on how to Run Reports and how to send notices if you need a reminder on those things.
