AV Community Room
This room is reserved by Faculty or Staff through the online Room Request Form. All support related to the ceiling projector, speakers, and new podium should be provided by the IT dept.
If a Patron has a question or wishes to use the presidential AV podium, direct them to Mike Spitze (x2376). Students or student groups should be referred back to their department for support - it is through their department that they are able to reserve the space.
The Library helps out with Library AV equipment in the community room as staffing permits, but Front Desk Staff are not expected to support the presidential AV podium or the mounted data projector.
In an emergency, staff can offer to sign out Library equipment for use in the Community Room to include microphones for the Old Podium or data projectors if the mounted unit is not functioning.
Patrons are likely to have questions about AV Microphones in relation to the AV podium.
