AV Podium
See also: AV Microphones
All support related to the new podium should be provided by the IT dept. If a Patron has a question or wishes to use the presidential (new) podium, direct them to Spitze (x2376).
There is a new podium in the closet in the Community Room...

Patrons may know them as "The New Podium" and "The Old Podium." This is a very superficial relationship.
Library staff are only responsible for assisting Patrons with "The Old Podium."
It is important to listen to the Patron and understand their needs. Then advise them on which podium meets their needs.
How to reserve a podium:
-Only faculty and staff can reserve a podium. If a student would like access, they need to have their professor coordinate it.
-A request can be made through FirstClass>Forms/Work Request>Room Request & Setup>Room Setup Request Form.
OLD SCHOOL - Can be moved (we can support)
NEW SCHOOL - Community Room Only (IT supports)
